Today, we are launching our much awaited Teams feature for talent to self-organise as teams. We all have our colleagues that we work best with. Wouldn't it be great for us to be able to find jobs together?
In our talent survey, more than 80% of the talent voted for them to be able to form teams with their best colleagues to find new jobs together to work on. Similarly, our survey indicated that majority of the employers found it slow, expensive and riskier to form project teams with talents with no history of working together.
With our Teams feature, the talents can create one or more teams with other talents by simply inviting them to a team. Our platform with automatically generate the collective expertise and experience of the team based on the individual strengths of its members.
