Hence, we have developed our recommendation algorithm to provide you with open roles that not only match your expertise but also your motivations for a new role. To ensure you get the best jobs for you, simply update your profile and complete all the required sections. Our algorithm will proactively learn the roles that you are getting matched with to ensure it will only present the most suitable one for you to apply.
We are very excited to launch the initial version of our recommendation engine, which is a self-learning algorithm. As our user network grows, it will become smarter to improve the accuracy of the matches. We further have some exciting new developments for this algorithm, which we will announce in a very near future.
