In order to onboard the talent faster, we have now integrated our online test framework for talent to take relevant technical tests directly from the platform. During onboarding, every talent is required to provide details about the projects they worked on in past to generate a personal skills graphs. Based on this, our platform will present individual tests that the talent is required to verify their expertise. Talent can only take the test once and can either pass or fail the test.
Both the employer and talent will be able to see the status of tests taken by the talent. If the talent has passed the test then a green tick will be displayed to indicate that the talent is proficient in that particular skill/framework. Alternatively, a red cross would be displayed to indicate the talent has failed the test.
The talent self-vetting allows both the talent and the employer to further accelerate the formation of tech teams. By self-vetting all the top skills, the talent will be prioritised for allocation on various client projects.
