Our clients can start with a trial pack once they register their profile on the platform. Besides giving an idea of the hiring process on CodeMonk, the trial pack allows users to post one project, three job postings for the project, and hire three talents or one tech team. A fee of 15% for every hire is also applicable in the trial pack.
Once you understand the process, you can begin your journey with a starter pack.
Starter packs are for those who want to hire top talents or teams from the platform regularly. As a starter pack user, you can hire 3 teams or post 3 projects and 10 job postings for the projects. You have the option of hiring 10 global tech talents from the platform. A fee of 10% for every hire is applicable in the starter pack.
Are you anticipating more hiring prospects shortly? The growth pack is for clients who want to hire a tech team or put up more than 3 projects at a time. The package includes 10 team hires, 10 projects, and 30 job postings. The clients can also hire 30 talents in the process. A fee of 8% is applicable on each engagement.
Enterprise pack is for clients who want a bespoke plan to fit their hiring requirements.
